Welcome.
I show how I checked the cabin filter in my Mk7 Fiesta ST.
You will need a phillips head screwdriver and a T20 Torx bit. All up the job should take 5-10 minutes to inspect and replace if needed.
The part I have is a Ryco RCA189C. I ended up reinstalling the OEM filter as it looked like new due to COVID lockdowns and minimal use of the car. The process is the same to replace.
