I took Zippy the Aussie Fiesta ST out to stretch it's wheels a little. This was originally booked for April 1st 2020 but was postponed due to COVID 19. I got back out on Sydney Motorsport Parks Brabham Circuit which is the longest circuit layout they have which includes the bet of the North and South circuits. I am a novice driver, I find some corners quite difficult to judge entry speed and line, especially turn 2 and I think it was 11, the slow hairpin down the hill but it's all about getting out, having fun and hopefully learning something and getting better...... Eventually.
The Car:
Mk7 Fiesta ST
Mountune MP215 kit
GFB DV+
Mountune Symposer Delete
Oz Racing Wheels
Pirellie P-Zero Nero GT tyres - These turned bad at the end of the last track day but after a rotation copped another flogging, not so well.
Mountune Springs
DBA T3 3000 front discs
Forza Brakes FP3 front pads (standard callipers)
HEL braided lines front and back
Standard rear brakes otherwise
Motul RBF600 brake fluid.
Fairly low powered, very low grip for a track, was still fun!
