I just loved this song when I was in high school and it partly fueled my dream of visiting Liverpool one day -- which I did almost 60 years later! -- in the company of my besties Adam, Helen and Lisa -- the same Lisa who designed this sketch and stencil I used, and is the mom of the cutie in the top photo. When I saw this pic of Gerry Marsden on Instagram I grabbed it because I remembered a pic of Johnny on that ferry with the same Liverpool skyline in the background!

I've used the June kit from Hip Kit Club, including the negative space from the cityscape die, perfect for the photos.

This was done for the Summer Challenge which calls for hexagons, blue, metal, a stencil and stitching -- got 'em all....
