From May 27–29, 2025, Fermentis, together with our partner and distributor BartHaas China, proudly participated in the Beijing International Craft Beer Expo!

This event provided an exciting platform for Fermentis’ technical support team to connect with China’s craft beer pioneers and showcase our latest innovations.

Event Highlights:

2️⃣ 2.5KG Packaging Presentation in China: A new format tailored to meet diverse brewing needs.
3️⃣ Preview of SafLager™ SH-45 Yeast: A new lager strain designed to enhance hop thiol release.

In addition, Fermentis Regional Sales Manager Peng Gunter delivered a keynote on strategies for enhancing beer aroma through pure and mixed fermentation.
