Here’s the thing: fascia can’t really be “trained” in isolation. What most people call fascia training is really rhythm and timing training. You’re teaching your nervous system how to better coordinate movement and regulate force output, not magically sculpting fascia like it’s Play-Doh.
.
Yes, fascia is part of the system. So are tendons, ligaments, muscles, and your nervous system. They all integrate. But there’s nothing unique about fascia here, it adapts the same way all connective tissues adapt: through loading and movement.
.
So what should you actually do?
.If you’re an athlete, you need the basics: sprinting, jumping, and cutting. Some of it should be max intensity and focused, some of it should be lighter, playful, and rhythmic. That’s what builds athleticism.
.
Fascia isn’t a shortcut or a special hack, it’s just one piece of the bigger system that responds when you train like an athlete.
.
Built For Athletics is a full system to help you move beyond the hype of “fascia training” and actually train like an athlete. Sprinting, jumping, cutting, the stuff that really builds performance.
