Finding a calling card laying on one of his victims, receiving a job from John Hancock to investigate, or stumbling upon it naturally will bring the Sole Survivor to Pickman's Gallery.
This old, abandoned gallery has been claimed by Pickman, a mentally disturbed man who now uses it according to the original purpose, though the pieces on display would hardly qualify as high art in the eyes of pre-War critics.
The Sole Survivor finds himself entangled in a sinister scenario. Referencing H.P. Lovecraft's macabre short story "Pickman's Model" circa 1926, this area is made to display a serial killer’s greatest artistic passion: killing and dismembering raiders.
Deep in the basement is where the fun really begins. Pickman himself is being cornered by Slab and his group of revengeful raiders. Save him, and he’ll reward you with a key to his safe in which you’ll find Pickman’s Blade. The blade will give you enhanced stealth and bleeding effects, true to Pickman’s preferred way of killing.
