![Day 8: How to Do Walking Meditation - Guided Instructions | 30 Days of Meditation, Science & Bliss
This training provides guided instructions on how to do a walking meditation. This practice of movement with mindfulness, while cultivating a feeling of metta, produces a robust combination of benefits, including physical fitness, more energy, better digestion, and stability of mind.
This ancient practice, considered as valuable as sitting meditation, can be performed using a simple 20-30 step path with a relaxed posture and soft downward gaze.
The technique involves maintaining a normal walking pace while cultivating positive feelings and expanding awareness, making it suitable for both dedicated practice sessions and everyday activities.
