The Masuda Method (breeding two different language Pokemon together to have increased chances of hatching a shiny) is infamous for not being able to pass down Natures with the Everstone trick. If you haven't heard of that one, it's when you give one of the parents an Everstone to hold (in 3rd Gen it was either the Mother or Ditto, in 4th onward it can be either parent i hear) and then the babies will have a 50% chance of having the Everstone Holder's Nature.
So! I had to try this out. And I was wow'd. It DOES work in Black & White, and this video is proof. 6 out of the 10 Pokemon I hatched had my Ditto's nature!
