This patient was referred for obstructive jaundice of unknown origin. CT scan and MRI were not showing the cause of the obstruction. Endoscopy showed a duodenal stenosis. EUS evaluation showed that the stenosis was secondary to a pancreatic mass. EUS-FNA showed a pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The video demonstrated the EUS examination.
