Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at our Fogotti Hybrid Shower RV Water Heater. It's got 12,000 BTUs of power, you can run it on propane, electric, or both, and it's got a six gallon capacity. So folks, this one is not gonna come with a door. We do sell a door separately.
If you do need a door, it's item number FG65VR. Again, sold separately. Now, this six-gallon RV water heater, it operates again on either propane, and that's that yellow cap there, that's where your hookup would be, or you can use electric, or you can use both. So if you're at shore power and you want to run propane separately, or vice versa, maybe you're almost out of propane, you need to conserve it, you have that flexibility with this model. And that's why I like it.
And it's also compact. It's about 13 by 13 on the front and 21 5/8 inches deep from front to back. And this is a good replacement for a lot of older four and six gallon Suburban, Atwood, or Dometic water heaters, just to name a few. And with this unit, you can choose from three preset temperatures. 104, maybe when you're just doing normal showers.
122, if you like hotter showers. And even all the way up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit whenever you want to store hot water and those kind of things. Or maybe you want super hot water for cleaning, but it's not recommended to shower at that super high temperature. So just keep that in mind. And Fogotti uses a powered titanium anode rod that's inside of here, and that's going to help protect the tank without the routine replacement schedule of traditional sacrificial anodes that you'll find like in a lot of residential-style homes and those kind of water heaters.
And of course you get a nice thermostat unit here. Control module. It's got all the wires, the bracket here for hooking it up. And you can hang it on the wall, and you can change your temperature, turn it on and off, and those kind of things, right from the push of a button. And then of course on the backside, you got your hot and cold water hookups. And that's gonna be really easy as they are color coordinated. And as you can see, this tank has a four-layer protected wrap. It's an EPDM foam insulation that's going to help really, really good about retaining heat between uses. And it also has a built-in protection, things from preventing dry burning, excessive water pressures, overheating, freezing, all those things are kind of built in there. But make sure you're also always doing proper winterization when the time comes wherever you live. So it's always important to winterize, make sure you're getting all the water out of the tank, do what you need to do per your manufacturer's recommendations as far as winterizing not only your water heater, but your whole camper, RV or whatnot.
