The mysterious Eternal Sword returns with a full-length album five years after appearing with the epic two-track Cursed Land demo.
The appropriately titled Valorous continues the theme of coursing raw medieval atmospheric black metal, that whips along at pace, falling mace and raining merciless death with abandon.
As victorious a sound and as intense a riff-fest as the likes of Bronze Hall, Ancestral Shadows, One of Nine and Kaikkivaltias, this is grand armour-clad, sword wielding black metal of fine heroic order, with menace, malice and majesty in equal measure.
The album is released by Humanity’s Plague Production in Pro CD and two colour 12” vinyl; 200 black, 100 black, white & grey. Available by email here humanplagueprod@aol.com
