This video gives an overview of the vMA Dagger Rotations for each Stamina Class, for use in Scalebreaker. At the current time (18th July, PTS 5.1.1), it looks like this will be the strongest setup.
Edit 2: vMA dual wield and soul trap are going to be readjusted in a future PTS patch. Thank goodness.
Edit 1: Updated Nb bars & Necro Parse/CPs (I had 100 pts into Arcanist before oops).

On each class, we will need Arrow Barrage, which defines the length of our rotation (10 seconds, or preferably just over) and Rapid Strikes, our main spammable, which activates the vMA Dagger's Cruel Flurry. The following are all single-target DOTS that can be empowered by Cruel Flurry: Rending Slashes, Soul-Splitting Trap, Barbed Trap and Poison Injection.
Now I will list the recommended skills to fill the rest of the skill bar for each class. Screenshots of Parses and Builds are also attached. They are in order as shown in the video:
Stamina Necromancer (107-108k):
CMX Parse: https://i.imgur.com/v9cQZ0T.png
Build: https://i.imgur.com/Q7ArsvD.png
Additional Skills: Detonating Siphon and Pestilent Colossus double-barred. Archer Back-barred.
Cruel Flurry Priorities: None really, you have plenty of time. Detonating Siphon is not used, and nor is it buffed by the daggers. The Skeletal Archer is not buffed either, but do keep it up.
Stamina Sorcerer (106-107k):
CMX Parse: https://i.imgur.com/lu0WM8w.png
Build: https://i.imgur.com/ZB8Ocgd.png
Additional Skills: Bound Armaments double-barred. Hurricane Back. Flawless Dawnbreaker front. Greater Storm Atronach back.
Cruel Flurry Priorities: None really, you have plenty of time. Keep up Hurricane, still worth using though it is not buffed by Cruel Flurry. The Storm Atronach is empowered by Cruel Flurry when the buff is up (when your arms are red) but does not consume it.
Stamina Dragonknight (103-104k):
CMX Parse: https://i.imgur.com/JbXKiNK.png
Build: https://i.imgur.com/mrUHBH4.jpg
Additional Skills: Venomous Claw front, which is buffed by the daggers. Flames of Oblivion back, which is not. Flex spot on back bar (I use Fighter's Guild ability). Dawnbreaker front, Dragonknight Standard back.
Cruel Flurry Priorities: See what fits the rotation. You won't have time to empower everything. Prioritize Soul Splitting Trap and Poison Injection, especially below 50%. Empower Venomous Claw, Rending Slashes and Barbed Trap if the opportunity arises.
Stamina Warden (101-102k):
CMX Parse: https://i.imgur.com/CF8uKRO.png
Build used: https://i.imgur.com/9uAVv2W.png
Additional Skills: Subterranean Assault front bar. Backbar Netch for sustain and Cutting Dive as a flex. Wild Guardian Bear on both bars. Also, all of these are slotted because of the Animal Companion Passive.
Cruel Flurry Priorities: None really, you have plenty of time. Sub Assault is not empowered by the daggers since it is not a DOT but is a strong semi-spammable, so you can use it if the opportunity arises, which it will if you are fast.
Stamina Templar (98-99k):
Example CMX Parse: https://i.imgur.com/wQe1k5c.png
Build used: https://i.imgur.com/949xNcx.png
Additional Skills: Blazing Spear on front bar and Empowering Sweep on back bar for the Piercing Spear passive and for Burning Light proc chances. Backbar: 3 flex spots - I just chose Fighters Guild abilities for extra Weapon Damage passive.
Cruel Flurry Priorities: None really, you have plenty of time. Blazing Spear and Empowering Sweep do not get buffed by Cruel Flurry.
Stamina Nightblade (101-102k):
Example CMX Parse: https://i.imgur.com/knDNElM.png
Build: https://i.imgur.com/e2kQTPr.png
Additional Skills: Killer's Blade, Relentless Focus and Incapacitating Strike for both their ability and passives. Dark Shade as a DOT (not empowered by Cruel Flurry), an Assassination ability (such as Mirage - note I did not have one slotted in the video, this is a mistake) and also Flawless Dawnbreaker for the Fighter's Guild passives.
Cruel Flurry Priorities: No time to empower Rearming Trap. You can empower Rending, Soul-Splitting Trap and Poison Injection with no problem if you are disciplined about keeping up a 10-second rotation and not allowing Bow Procs etc to disrupt this. Depending on execute duration, only Killer's Blade spam for short executes. Reapply non-empowered Rending and Soul Trap, and empowered Poison Injection if you will get a near-full duration of these abilities. After using Incap, Killer's Blade spam. However, Incap Phases receive greater value when these DOTs are ticking compared to pure Killer's Blade spam, so there's an advantage here.

Veteran Cloudrest +3 (Hard Mode)
Score - 134,137
Total Time - 6:23
Vitality - 36/36
Character - Likowo, Stamina Necromancer
Date - 11th August 2019
We wanted to see how effective an 8 Stamina (Necromancer) Character group composition was, seeing as a World Record level run has never been achieved before with all Stamina DDs. I thought there would be promise, but actually, it brings just as many problems as solutions. In the end, most DDs just went with Iceheart and Brawler, to give us a better chance to complete. So it wasnt really worth it.
My role in this fight:
- To try and do damage
- Go down and check-up on the Portal Team every so often
- Chain in adds so the tank can control the Mini-bosses better
- Spam vigor in execute
- Dont die before Zmaja.
From now, I am taking an indefinite break from 12-man Trials Raiding in ESO. Thanks to everyone in Hodor for putting up with me for the last 18 months. Edit: I will still be around in the community, making videos like how I have done until now, minus the Raid ones :).
Also, Hodor will NOT be raiding anymore at this moment in time. Thanks for watching the Hodor trial runs until now.

![ESO - Stamina Necromancer 2H/Bow PVE Build (98k+) - Scalebreaker
Here we have a Stamina Necromancer Two-Hander/Bow PVE build and Iron Atronach Parse for Scalebreaker.
Other setups
DW/Bow: https://youtu.be/o3lK3TgAD-k
vMA Daggers/Bow: https://youtu.be/JXrSpAHqLHU
There have been loads of changes across the board for combat in ESO. I would recommend you to read the relevant patch notes.
I am using the Max Stam/Stam Regen food, with 64 points into Stamina for all Stamina Setups in these rotations. This is simply for comparison purposes in this test environment.
So, the Stamina Necromancer is the go-to class as a DD in Trials in ESO. There is no doubt this is mainly because of their Ultimate, the Pestilent Colossus, which gives an AOE Major Vulnerability debuff for 5 seconds.
Here I will not describe any rotation which relies on Detonating Siphon. Bitterly disappointing that it still doesnt work, since it is amazing for sustain (costs no resources) and does decent AOE and Single Target damage too.
The Stamina Necromancer 2H setups have seen plenty of popularity. The naturally lower crit chance of 2H setups are fairly well countered by its Critical Chance passive boost in execute. This combined with the amazing splash damage offered when Reverse Slice comes into effect means in this video I have decided to select Reverse Slice as the execute morph, rather than Executioner, despite Executioners buff. The Two-Hander setups are generally used for their cleave rather than their single target DPS anyway, so if thats what youre looking for Id recommend any of the Dual Wield/Bow setups that Ive previously showcased.
If you wanted to try out a rotation yourself maximizing ST with Detonating Siphon and Executioner, youd probably be looking at 104k+ here, which would be its real potential in comparison, rather than what I show here.
There are plenty of different bar setups that are viable. For example, you can use Carve as your spammable (better to space it out rather than to cast it consecutively, to get a tick of the bleed), and drop Venom Skull altogether, leaving you a free bar slot on your front bar. Here you could slot Archer, Trap, Boneyard, Trapping Webs or Detonating Siphon for the passives. Wrecking Blow is also pretty good actually. If youre thinking to choose between any 2 combinations which might be pretty close, chances are that they are and youll be fine with your choice.

Rotation
This, like other Stamina rotations, will be 10-seconds long because Arrow Barrage, Poison Injection, Carve and Consuming Trap are all 10 seconds long.
The minimum backbar rotation is simply: Arrow Barrage - Poison Injection. Barbed Trap and Skeletal Archer are to be cast on cooldown, or roughly every other rotation if you want to keep it simple.
On your front bar, make sure to cast Carve and Soul Trap once. In the rest of the time, cast Venom Skull and Blastbones. Generally, you can cast Blastbones 1-in-3 skills (if youre lucky), so you can expect to cast it 3 times per rotation. Of course, you will need to space them out, so often it will be 2x 1-in-3 and a 1-in-4 to generalize.
As you head towards execute, at around 30%, you can start casting Reverse Slice as your main spammable. If you are using 3x Bloodthirsty, then below 25% you can simply drop Blastbones altogether. Keep up all DOTs if you anticipate getting a near full duration out of them, then otherwise cast Reverse Slice as much as you can. If there are other targets nearby that require to be splashed down, then you can more or less drop Blastbones completely at 35% and simply rely on Reverse Slice.
For Maarselok, you will need to Bash once every 7 or more seconds to proc its effect.
Proposed Static Rotation:
Start: Archer - Trap - Blastbones
Barrage - Injection - (Archer / Barbed Trap - alternate them after the first rotation)
Blastbones - Carve - Consuming Trap - Blastbones - Spam - Spam - Blastbones
Spam = Venom Skull above 35% and Reverse Slice below 35%. Below 25%, also replace Blastbones with Reverse Slice.
Thanks for checking out this Stamina Necromancer 2H setup. Let me know if you need anything related to the setups!

This is probably the first time where I didnt get stunned here haha.
I am using 3x Arcane Jewelry because it is better for killing the little bombers, and also sometimes I barely get to execute since killing them at the end can be important, as you can see in this clip. 3x Arcane is also better for destro ulti bursts at the start and at various phases of the fight.
For some reason, my bar swapping on this fight, in particular, is really laggy. At least the frame rates are much better frames in previous times though (compared to when I last uploaded this fight half a year ago - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsRbl3KlUWA).
Reducer (3:03.6) - Total DPS (+21): 65,364 (11,988,144 Damage), Boss DPS (+2): 57,526 (10,561,709 Damage)
