This is a clip from Day 2 as a Bow user in vAS HM. I had fun trying out for Symbolic, thanks for having me. Karma and I are looking forward to leaving Hodor and joining the core team kappa.

I was at 64k/52k DPS when the last sphere came before the execute phase. Unfortunately, the Main Tank died at the beginning of execute so we didn't finish this attempt. This means I don't really have a clean parse to link, since the fight dragged on. It does show that this build certainly has potential to beat a Magblade.

Hopefully, if I do upload again, it will be a bit more polished, still a lot more to get right consistently. This is mainly an upload for the interest of others in Hodor so we can compare, but I'm leaving it public so maybe others can find it useful too.


Some notes which helped me improve from Day 1:

This is a clip from when I was using Reaper's Mark, so I was setting off a little earlier than usual to make the most of the Major Berserk. Still did 11-12k AOE damage, which is pretty reasonable considering.
Without Mark (since I was taking turns with Karma) I would use Crushing Weapon to attack spheres when they were below 50%, to guarantee that I do not waste Global Cooldowns from casting an empty Snipe. Although you don't see it consistently here, when a sphere was approaching I would cast Crushing instead of Snipe to prevent wasted GCDs.

Crushing Weapon was also really good to use if I needed mobility when I was in a hard spot such as when kiting storm, and when I had the defiling blast on me as you'll see. The heal does 25% of the damage done, so it is a pretty strong self-heal.

Previously I didn't bother to recast Hail at all on Olms, but it also works to recast it when a sphere spawns under Olms. If not, then a poison injection just to keep up the Berserker Glyph.

I didn't try ballista over incap at all. Incap was great because it usually coincided with the source of Major Slayer received from the DDs next to me (thanks Random!). Lining my skills up with incap is something that I can do a lot better, but it was pretty bursty all the same despite some mis-timings.

My major courage uptime here was only 39%, entirely my fault as I was playing in a different position than I do normally, and with a lot of new things to learn, looking for Olorime took a backseat - oopsie!
