This is a showcase of a strong Stamina Necromancer DW rotation. It was recorded in PTS 5.0.4 but is ready for the live Elsweyr patch.

Note: the video appears to show I have no Mundus stone. I'm fairly sure I did have the Shadow Mundus equipped.

Since this is a new class, and now currently the strongest and most sought after DD spec in PVE, I will hopefully show some more setups soon in time.
Here are my other Stamina Necromancer setups that I've shown so far:
2H/Bow -- youtu.be/AUI2uR9Y3aA
Bow/Bow -- youtu.be/rZ1UujNsKmw

This is a rotation performed on the new Raid Dummy. This means there are a selection of buffs and debuffs present, which allows easy comparison between different classes, and for other players to compare against each other, if they wish, as a 'solo' player, without the need of help from another player; a really valuable addition to the game.

I used the Lava (Max Stam and Stamina Recovery food) here. This is actually the recommended food to use in a real trial, so the sustain you see here is actually under represented against other classes. In a group with support, your sustain will appear to be a lot better than it is on this dummy, trust me. If you feel your HP pool is a bit low, I'd recommend up to and around 20 points into HP, or one or two Health Glyphs on your armour, whichever is more convenient.

Here I am using Perfected Lokkestiiz, Perfected Relequen and Velidreth. This is the best setup for pure single target DPS.

My skill bars shown in the video are as follows:
Dual Wield Bar: Rending Slashes - Venom Skull - Rearming Trap - Detonating Siphon - Blighted Blastbones - Flawless Dawnbreaker
Bow Bar: Endless Hail - Skeletal Archer - Razor Caltrops - Poison Injection - Detonating Siphon - Pestilent Colossus

--- Rotation

First note: Detonating Siphon currently has hitbox issues and does not hit properly on Dragons in Sunspire. Hopefully at some point this will be accounted for. Options here are to replace this skill with Whirling Blades, or move Trap to the back bar and have both Siphon (for the Execute Crit and 3% damage done passives) and Whirling Blades on front.

The rotation structure is very similar to that of the Stamina Warden I showed previously. It is reasonably static, but skills can be shifted as you'll see I do occasionally with Trap and the Archer in the video.

Blighted Blastbones is the backbone structure to the rotation which should be cast 1 in 3. This is reasonably consistent when in melee range. The way that this skill works, is that the Skeleton is summoned 2.5 seconds after the cast. If you're in melee range, then it will explode within 3 global cooldowns of the first cast. The further away you are to the target though, the longer it will take to explode so the rotation will change when attempting to attack targets slightly further away. It is to stay melee whenever possible. As of now, Blastbones can be slightly buggy on some fights as well where you cannot recast as soon as you think, so keep an eye out.

Recasting archer early probably seems counter-intuitive since it does more damage over time, but it seems fairly consistent this way. Your passives which give 1500 penetration and 200 Stamina and Magicka recovery are also easily kept up this way. Siphon should not be recast early, since there is a nice burst damage at the end of the duration.

Rending Slashes should be cast once per rotation and if there are no other DOTs to keep up, then Venom Skull is the skill of choice.

If you choose to have Whirling Blades in bar, start replacing Blastbones with it at 25% as long as you can sustain it.

If I were to offer a full static rotation, this is it:

Blastbones - Endless - Archer
Blastbones - Caltrops - Injection
Blastbones - Rending - Tether
Blastbones - Skull - Trap

In group play, using the Colossus Ultimate itself (which provides Major Vulnerability, the strongest debuff in the game) will likely depend on when the group needs it, so no real emphasis on you use it. Otherwise if the timing up to you, try to drop it early-on or halfway through your front bar rotation.

Avid Boneyard is a good Flex option to have on your bar. The self-synergy does good damage and can be very handy to keep up Major Slayer if using Lokkestiiz.

There's going to be a lot I haven't covered. Please ask in the comments section if there's something in mind.
