End of Chinese Drones in US? May 31, 2025 Update

This video is being published on May 31, 2025. In this I discuss the possible end of Chinese drones in the US, a May 31, 2025 update.

The Washington Post reported on May 30, 2025 that President Trump will sign several Executive Orders the first week of June 2025 impacting drones made in China. In short, the draft orders accelerate a national security review of the drones.

Should this review determine there are security issues, then the FCC will not issue licenses for their wireless broadcasting systems. DJI will be a focus of this review as they manufacture 70% of global drone sales in 100 countries. In other words, a potential ban of DJI drones in the US.

Again, this is just initial reporting. We'll have to wait until the first week of June for further details.
