The SpaceX IPO filing quietly reveals who has been propping up Cybertruck sales: SpaceX itself. The company bought about $131 million in Cybertrucks — roughly 1,500 vehicles, at one point 18% of all U.S. registrations in a single quarter — plus around $650 million in goods from Tesla. Using one company's shareholder money to inflate another's sales figures is a serious breach of corporate governance. Unless the old rules no longer apply.
