A fellow Youtuber restored an old Elliott 14S metal shaper. I've picked up his motor to refurbish it and also convert it from 400V to 230V. as he does not have 3 phase power in his shop and the motor had no means of an easy swap from star to delta configuration.
In this episode we'll do some initial checks and take it apart for closer inspection.
The motor is believed to be manufactured in or short after 1957.
