Vishnu's OHMazing® Journey with Elizabeth Reese is an award wining class designed for kids ages 5-11 which weaves together ancient narratives of the hero Vishnu and the heroine Lakshmi through yoga, original art, dance and music. The DVD celebrates our own journeys and the choices we make as we build relationships and extend love to ourselves, to others and to the universe.
In this 59-minute workout, Vishnu's OHMazing® Journeys teaches yoga poses and breathing activities that promote cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.
The DVD was produced through a pioneering partnership between the Crow Collection of Asian Art and Yogiños: Yoga for Youth®. This DVD won Dr. Toy Best Picks 2012 and a Parents' Choice Award 2012.
