Do I have a positive charge in the neighborhood or is it a tuning problem?
I tried this inside & outside of my house and somewhere else.
Results like this always raise the question to me if there is to much pollution where I'm living?
Background for this, is that I want to see if I can build Patrick Flanagan negative field generator with no ozon generation like in patend US4391773 & US473275.
