I came to a patend like document on "Reflective Impedance", it was something I heard of the first time so I did some further searching because the formula shown in that document to calculate Zr was not clear to me.The document can be found on: freenrg.info/Patents/US2008297134A1_Kwang-Jeek-Lee.pdf
Then I found a book where a better overview of the formula was shown and even two different formula's, one if you use only R value and one for R +j Z:http://research.iaun.ac.ir/pd/naghsh/pdfs/UploadFile_4266.pdf
(page 8-26).The book is from 2003 so 5 years before patend like document.
