Original Egg in a Hole
2 Slices of Thick White Bread
2 Eggs
Scrambled Egg and Sausage Version
2 Slices of Thick White Bread
2 Eggs
2 Sausage Links
Butter
Feta Crumbles
Hot Sauce
French Toast Version
2 Slices of Thickly Sliced Brioche Bread
2 Eggs
Chobani Cinnamon Coffee Cake Creamer
Cinnamon
Butter
Maple Syrup
Avocado Toast Version
2 Slices of Sourdough
2 Eggs
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Avocado Spread
Feta Crumbles
Chili Crisp
Sriracha

Directions
1. Preheat your griddle to medium heat and add a generous amount of butter.
2. Using a cup or mug with a sharp edge, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread.
3. Place the bread on the griddle and crack an egg into the hole.
4. Season as desired (see variations above).
5. Cook until the egg begins to set and the bread is golden, then flip.
6. Add any additional toppings or ingredients based on your chosen variation.
7. Cook until the egg reaches your preferred doneness and serve warm.
8. For the French toast version: dip the bread in the egg mixture before placing it on the griddle.
