The current Coordinator of Keyboard Studies and Chamber Music at Cleveland State University, as well as a Professor of Piano, critically acclaimed pianist Angelin Chang gives her wonderful talk here at the EG Conference in February of 2007, with insightful talk about the piano and music, as well as some performance by Angelin herself.
Angelin Chang is most well-known for winning the 2007 Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Solo Performance with Orchestra, where she performed Olivier Messiaen's "Oiseaux Exotiques" with The Cleveland Chamber Symphony (John McLaughlin Williams, conductor).

Andrew Rindfleisch writes in the program notes:
Composed in 2015 for clarinetist Pat OKeefe, The Lunatic, for solo bass clarinet, was inspired by the then current American social/political conservative movement and its seemingly strange and rapid descent into the bigoted, enraged, anti-intellectual hysteria of extremist ideology. The works conception came from two questions I kept asking myself: What if one of these lunatics could play bass clarinet? What would it sound like? The Lunatic attempts to answer those questions. Although the piece was mostly inspired by a certain someone who eventually became president, in the end, the piece does not represent a single person or identity, but rather reflects a more general sense of the hysterical right-wing communicator found in any age, time, or place.
