Echo Bluff State Park and Alley Spring and Mill
Over our holiday weekend in January of 2022, we traveled to South-Central Missouri. We made our Home base a cabin at Echo Bluff State Park and got to explore in the SNOW! Please subscribe to our channel if you enjoy exploring our parks and Public Lands!
Echo Bluff State Park is GORGEOUS and a great home base for exploring the Current River as well as the Ozark Scenic National Riverways (NPS site). We have traveled to Echo Bluff many times since it was added as a state park. It is Missouri's 88th State Park. This was the first time we have seen it in the SNOW! It was stunning and quiet and everything we could have asked for in a get-away weekend. The roads were clear enough on Sunday morning for us to drive the 20 miles to Alley Spring and Mill. It is an iconic place in Missouri and we wanted to see it in the snow with fewer crowds than usual. We got our wish. It was a perfect visit too. We highly recommend both of these places and we hope that you enjoyed our visit.
Please stay tuned to the end for the cabin tour of our Echo Bluff State Park Cabin.
