EASY Wither Skeleton Skulls for Minecraft Java 1.16! That is what everyone wants, but the problem is that since Wither Skeletons only spawn in Fortresses which are in the middle of the Nether and are rare to spawn, they are hard to find. The general solution to this is making a giant 128 radius sphere around the player spawn proof. That way the mob cap won't be filled up and the Wither Skeletons can spawn, but that takes hours if not days, and if you miss a cave your rates will suffer a lot. With this very simple setup you can bypass all of that work. This farm works by linking two sets of portals in the same x/y cord. You go to the overworld, travel to build height, and connect back to a portal at the build limit in the Nether. That despawns all of the mobs as you are more than 128 blocks away from them. You then go back to the overworld, jump down to the portal on the ground, and go back into the nether connecting to the portal next to the Fortress. That means that mob cap is completely free and the Fortress is in range allowing for Wither Skeletons to spawn, and for you to go take their head's. Repeat this process a number of times and you will have enough skulls for a beacon in way less time than it would have taken for you to even setup the other farms.
