EASY BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS | LODGE CAST IRON COOKING

My campfire cooking plans were changed due a pop up thunder storm so I had to do the unthinkable... yep... I had to mess up the kitchen.

I’ll use my Lodge cast iron griddle pan, the fajita pan and the mini Dutch Oven to cook some easy bacon wrapped scallops.

As usual, I’ll add some Texas Pete hot sauce for some extra flavor and maybe enjoy a cold beverage.
