CANTEEN CUP TUESDAY- CAMPFIRE COOKING - It’s time for a Campfire breakfast at camp
Time for some CAMPFIRE COOKING Come along as I make a “Campfire Breakfast” at my bushcraft camp in the woods nothing better than cooking on a campfire!
•Fried Bread (bannock)
•Cowboy Coffee
•Hickory Smoked SPAM
My Simple Bannock or Fried Bread Recipe: (For One Person)
• 6 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
•1/4 TSP SALT
•1/2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
•2 TBSP WATER
MIX TOGETHER AND FORM INTO A PATTY
FRY UNTIL DONE
There are hundreds of fried bread/bannock recipes and people use butter and milk and sugar and raisins and all kinds of things and they’re all good. Mine is easy and good enough for me.
@73FORGE made my camp knife. Maybe he can make you one too.... go check him out.

made the waxed canvas bag for my cook pot.
The Arctic Canteen Cup and the cold handle steel pan were gifts from my friend @CheezeheadChris in Wisconsin.
The Jack Daniels whisky barrel stave I made a spoon out of was given to me by @SnowfogOutdoorsbushcraft
I made the campfire cooking ring, the wood spoon, the coffee pouch and the skillet cover. I also made the customized Mora Knife (with some technical help from Ray @RiverbendlongbowsOutdoors
You can see how I make these things if you find me on Instagram.
Thank you for watching, and please remember I’m not trying to teach anybody anything. I just like to share stuff I do with like minded folks who enjoy these kinds of activities.
Consider subscribing to my channel so I don’t miss ya on the next one.... Thanks for watching!
