Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today we're making this absolutely delicious fudge and all we're using is 4 ingredients and the microwave. It is nice and sweet and it is a simple base to incorporate many other ingredients into it. This recipe is perfect for the upcoming holidays or just to satisfy your sweet tooth. I made a small batch, but here's the complete recipe. Let's go put it together.
Easy 4 Ingredient Fudge
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 oz butterscotch chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
10.5 oz mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Line 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside. Combine the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high heat in 30 second intervals until chips are fully melted and the peanut butter is smooth. Pour the mixture into prepared baking dish. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy!
Also add in walnuts, or rice crispy treats, or cocoa crispies for a fun and delicious try.
