This plays on the main menu. It transitions pretty seamlessly from the title screen theme.

I'm uploading these because they're hard to find online, there are other people that uploaded them on youtube, but it's all written in Japanese or mixed in with all the other regular DW7 tracks, making it hard to figure out what are the new tracks even if you're trying to look for it.
