Dutch Railways (NS) has transformed the second floor of Utrecht Central Station into a temporary “luxury camp” (glamping) for new students struggling to find accommodation ahead of UIT Week, the city’s annual introduction event in September. Each of the dozens of tents set up upstairs is equipped with a bed, food, drinks, earplugs, music, and a bicycle for easy access to campus.
