🚫 Don't immediately grab water or product to fix frizz when refreshing. My clients are shocked at what a simple dry refresh using just your hands can do when I teach my Minimal Refresh Method.

Most people immediately reach for water or product. But there is a third option that takes about five seconds and requires nothing in your hands.
Find the frizzy curl. Find a neighboring curl clump that sits next to it at the root. Wrap or coil the frizzy curl around the defined one to tuck it in. If finger coiling is too hard, a simple twist and wrap works just as well. You can also tuck it underneath the neighboring clump, so the defined curl sits on top, and the frizzy one disappears underneath.
The frizz does not go away. It just gets hidden, and it actually does something useful while it is down there. The volume and puffiness that frizz creates fills in the gaps and thinner spots that show up later in the week. So you are not fighting it, you are just redirecting it.
Use the curls that are working to cover the ones that are not. That is the whole move.
