On November 25, 2025, at approximately 9:51 PM, a Boynton Beach Police officer responded to reports of a vehicle accident where a driver was reportedly attempting to leave the scene. A witness advised that the female driver of a red Lexus appeared to be under the influence after striking two other vehicles. Upon arrival, officers located the vehicle and observed a female standing near the driver's side door.
The female was observed stumbling, slurring her speech, and using nearby vehicles for support to maintain her balance. She spontaneously uttered to the officer that she was "impaired" and admitted to consuming approximately four "Jim Beam Honey" drinks, though she denied knowledge of any accident. After initially refusing, she eventually agreed to perform field sobriety exercises but quickly became hostile and yelled obscenities at the officers.
When the officer attempted to secure her in handcuffs for a criminal investigation, the female began to walk away and actively resisted by tensing her arms. The situation escalated as she intentionally kicked one officer in the groin and later struck another officer on the leg while being prepared for transport. Even after being placed inside the patrol vehicle, she continued to kick at the officers on the scene.
