On February 27, 2024, at approximately 4:47 PM, a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office deputy responded to a call regarding a person who refused to leave a train platform in Mangonia Park, FL. When the deputy arrived, a security officer, who is a representative of the Tri-Rail, informed the deputy that an individual was on the property and had refused to leave.
The security officer had previously asked the individual to leave, but the individual refused. The individual was exhibiting signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, glossy and bloodshot eyes, and the odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage. The security officer again asked the individual to leave, constituting an official trespass, and the individual stated they were not leaving. A bottle of wine was observed on a post where the individual was sitting, and the individual admitted to drinking. The individual was yelling profanities and causing a scene without provocation. Police will be surprised by what she does once secured in the patrol vehicle.
