My neighborhood is placed conveniently in a Valley. We are like the New Orleans of Chicago. The intersection videoed here in Glen Ellyn, IL is always the first to be flooded in a storm due to ti being the lowest point in the neighborhood. For 3 minutes you get to see cars whip through the spilled over DuPage River. This was filmed at around 7:30 PM on June 9'th 2011, before the second storm of the day hit. Can't wait to see what happens next!
