A schoolboy from Kingston upon Thames, London, UK suffered life-changing injuries after a dangerous driver lost control of his car and crashed into a bus stop where he was waiting.

The boy spent nearly three months in hospital after suffering a brain bleed, skull fracture and loss of vision following the 2022 collision.

Driver Lee Nelhams, 34, has now been jailed for 35 months after admitting causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
