The driver of a vehicle involved in a crash that killed a toddler in Syracuse on Friday morning has been charged with a DWI. The woman who drove that vehicle is said to have been virtually arraigned on Sunday morning.
That's according to Onondaga County Assistant District Attorney Frank Pelosi. He did not reveal the name of the woman who was charged.
The Syracuse Police Department responded to the crash around 12:28 a.m. at Park Street and DeWitt Street. One vehicle was involved in the crash. The toddler, a 3-year-old girl, was pronounced dead at the scene.
