This video shows how to get Dragov's Key from the electrified cage in the Main Mission: Wall Street in The Division 2: Warlords of New York expansion. Please refer to the description for a complete written guide.
1) To make your life easier complete the main mission. Technically the electrical boxes can be shot during the final boss fight but everything is much easier once they're all dead!
2) In the room with the electrified fence follow the yellow wires to the south into the main trading floor where you fought Dragov (0:04).
3) In the main trading floor there are two electrical boxes that need to be destroyed on the ceiling:
a) On the ceiling of the northern side of the room (0:20).
b) On the ceiling of the southern side of the room (0:27).
4) Return to the room with the cage and loot the key (0:38).
5) Go to the eastern side of the room towards Conference Suite B (0:47).
6) Shoot the electrical box in the conference room through the window with two couches stacked in front (0:50).
7) Enter the room (0:56), look towards the door on the western wall and shoot the second electrical box above the door you just came through to unlock the last door (1:03).
8) Loot!
