For this level 1 itemless toastless challenge, I’m using every possible equip and skill, except for skills that are unlocked at certain levels. The only caveat is being at level 1.
At first, this fight seemed pretty impossible. 6000 HP in just a few turns was pretty steep. But there's lots of ways that damage can add up. It’s even possible without Mari’s Cookie, even though it's a closer fight.
Look at Kel into Headbutt does a lot of work throughout, with the added bonus that a happy Hero heals Aub and Kel twice as much. Manic Omori arguably carries the second half of the fight however, since Attack Again does way more damage with 128 luck and emotion advantage. The fight's still close since I narrowly avoided a third crash, but I could've survived another turn if I had to.

Omori: Red Knife, Gladiolus Hairband (Mari's Cookie, Mush)
Aubrey: Baseball Bat, Headband
Kel: Basketball, Pretty Bow
Hero: LOL Sword, Cough Mask
