At least from what I've seen, itemless skilless Abbi hasn't been done yet. However, had an idea on how to beat her, which ended up working.
The main strategy relied on using Release Energy. Doing so not only gives the party a permanent stat boost, but it does 1000 AOE damage. If I can deal at least 200 damage to each tentacle before the Release Energy, I can clear them all in one turn, making Abbi a lot less scary for several turns.
After the Release Energy, I have to take advantage of the calmer turns to beat her up. This is where Hero comes in, since he's able to keep everyone else alive for long enough to finish off the fight. This is RNG-heavy enough since the whole party has to survive until the Release Energy, so some healing in the back half is welcome.
Equipment:
Omori: Rusty Knife, Rose Hairclip
Aubrey: Cool Noodle, Tulip Hairstick
Kel: Beach Ball, Flower Crown
Hero: Frying Pan, Paper Bag
