Back in 2022 we bought this 1963 Ford Galaxie four-door on a bill of sale — no title — as a parts car for our '63 hardtop. We've pulled everything we needed out of it, and we're not about to hassle the DMV over a car we'll never put back on the road. So the plan is simple: keep the frame to rebuild, and the rest has to go.

That's why the roof is coming off. The last thing left worth saving is the 289, and the fastest way to it is straight through the body around it — so it can go to work in Logan's 1965 Ranchero.

Not much talking on this one. Just the saw, the sparks, and the plan. You'll watch the cuts come together, see where we work the problem when a panel fights back, and follow the body coming off to leave the engine standing in the open. A-hacking we go.
