If you want to learn how to work with all of this through your tongue posture, I’m co-teaching a class with an incredible physical therapist who uses tongue posture clinically with patients. Register for it HERE: lanshin.com/collections/live-classes/products/tongue-posture-for-facial-lifting-2026
We created Tongue Posture for Facial Lifting to teach you where your tongue should rest, how to train it, and why it matters for both facial appearance and whole-body function.
Curious if you have forward head posture, shallow or restricted breathing, low tongue posture, or any of the symptoms that can go along with these patterns: mouth breathing, poor sleep or sleep apnea, TMJ issues, clenching, headaches, or unrelenting neck/shoulder tension or tech neck.
Your face may be where you NOTICE the problem, but it may not be where the problem starts.
This is why I’ve become so focused on the FUNCTION underneath the face. Sometimes what looks like a cosmetic issue is actually your body communicating a deeper dysfunction. And when you start working to improve the function, you’re also able to improve how you look.
