Technically facial Gua Sha can be done with any smooth clean object if you understand the technique. If you don’t have chopsticks, try the handle of a spoon.
Of course, if you have a Gua Sha tool, obviously use that for more precision.
And for you super super technical TCM nerds like me, this technique I’m showing here is actually called “Bo Jin” - a very similar cousin to facial Gua Sha. But that’s a whole other can of worms we’ll get into later…
