Request Playthrough | Part 8: Abyssal Forest
Ahzrak is livid. Livid that the Heart of Argent is empty. King Novik is wounded and now his own daughter Thira is seeking help... from the one person no one expects, the Doom Slayer.
It also gets worse. Doom Slayer learns that the thing in his armor's chest can't be removed. It's wired to a detonator. But despite it, Thira asks the Doom Slayer for help. She also explains that the Heart of Argetn consists of two parts with the other half being a power source. So now she asks for his aid as she unlocks the Ancestral Forge. Meanwhile, Ahzrak calls a meeting with the Maykrs. He wants them to help, only to be given a flat no.
So we arrive in the Abyssal Forest. Our objective is to Get to the Forge. That simple right? Nope. It's not. Not so simple. Especially since the demons are out there and we're essentially going to be kicking butt just to reach the forge. So yeah, it's going to be really difficult. We get a new weapon, the Grenade Launcher. We'll need them to deal with groups of enemies. It's going to help us a lot.
The Ancestral Forge awaits in Part 9.
