Request Playthrough | Part 9: Taras Nabad
The three Hell Priests are dead. But sadly the invasion hasn't stopped.
Khan Maykr has decided that enough is enough. He hijacks our base of operations and locks us out. To make matters worse, Khan Maykr has resurrected the Icon of Sin. Once we deal with the demons, we use the Demonic Crucible, the very same item that Samuel Hayden took from us is now being used to keep this base alive. Despite our efforts in Sentinel Prime, we're not done yet. We need to seek out our Crucible. Only a Slayer's Crucible blade can stop a Titan.
We need to head to the Sentinel City of Taras Nabad and recover the Crucible blade. Without it, we can't take down the Icon of Sin. So we get to work, arriving in Taras Nabad and bringing hell to the demons. We also deal with new demons such as the Archvile. This is annoying because it can summon powered up demons so we need to take it out. We also get another flashback relating to the Doom Slayer. After much trial and tribulation, we recover the Slayer's Crucible. With the medal we have and after bathing it in a pool of demonic blood, the Crucible Blade is born.
The Crucible Blade can let us kill any demon in one hit and it's best used against demons that are a pain in the butt to contend with. We get three uses and finding more will require us to explore. After giving it a test ride, we depart.
Part 10 will have us heading to Nekravol.
