Shows one way to meet the requirements of the 'Walk the Path' Achievement (125G) or Trophy (Bronze) in the 2020 re-release of Doom 64. Password used: QSSM 7H14 BDH6 YSVB
To unlock this Achievement/Trophy, the player must finish Lost Levels 6 (map 39), Final Judgement.
Note: Using cheats (cheat codes/functions/parameters/console commands) in a game of Doom 64 can prevent Achievements/Trophies from being unlocked during that game. (No cheats were used in the making of this video.) Passwords can be used, and in general will not interfere with unlocking Achievements/Trophies.
The custom-built password used here starts a new game on Lost Levels 6 (map 39), Final Judgement, and provides the player with maximum health and armor, all weapons, a backpack, maximum ammo, and all 3 Demon Artifacts. (Demon Artifacts enhance the player's Unmaker weapon, and can be used as special keys/activators on this map.)
Note that the starting room on this level contains a BFG9000 and an Unmaker weapon. This can allow a player to also get the two Achievements/Trophies, 'My Cause is Just, My Will is Strong' (find the BFG9000, 50G/Silver) and 'Unholy Firepower' (find the Unmaker, 75G/Silver). Using the password above will maximize the player's inventory, so in order to pick up each of those weapons you'll need to expend some energy cells first.
