Usually, action and aggression are the way to go in Dominions. Early war victories often predict eventual victors.
That doesn't really apply when you're our team. Our core territories are somewhat safe, protected by the fact that they're beneath the waves. But our militaries are comparatively weak and our best game plan is to stretch the game out, allowing our superior scales to come into play.
So we wait, we poke around the edges, and we accept that for the moment, the others are going to put up their globals and have their time in the sun.
But my God is here, so some of our long term potential should be becoming apparent.
