I have a dog now and she is my world, that is all.

I've always wanted a tiny black hair pomeranian to play guitar to and tote around in a little sling so here I am living my dream. Marnie is 4 months old right now and is an absolute angel. She's a very sleepy but curious puppy and it's been fun to play with her and see what she enjoys. I wanted to do a video like this for a very long time, but I underestimated the attention span of puppies. Often during filming, Marnie would get a bit bored so we'd stop the take so she could run around and have some fun before doing anymore. After we had done three takes (rhythm, bass, and leads), she wanted to take a nap so I ended up doing the close ups without her. She was still very happy to do some playful shots as well even though she was a bit sleepy. I'm sure people in the comments will virtue signal about how dare I subject this precious dog to content creation, but rest assured Marnie was very comfortable throughout the entire process and was not pushed further than she wanted.

I had some trouble with mixing this one since Marnie also was with me for much of the process and I found it a challenge to resist petting and giving her all the attention forever during the process, but it turns out that she rather enjoys metal so it seemed like a fun project for both of us. The challenge lied in making sure I had a fan on to cool both of us during since it's so hot in San Diego right now. She was so good during the whole process I made sure to spoil her with air conditioning and treats every chance I got!
