I'm going through the top 20 Favorite Video Game Songs of all time as voted on by my community. This came in at number 18!

I'm a huge souls fan, and I'm an even bigger fan of the music from the games. The Dark Souls medley I did almost 10 years ago is still one of my favorite arrangements I've done and love to play it live. I first played Bloodborne about 5 years ago, but never got very far because I jumped right into it after completing Dark Souls 3 and I found myself a bit souls'd out. I've come back to play it a few times, but never finished it so I never got to experience this fight. However, I'm so glad this was voted on so many times because it is a wonderfully melodic and evil song in a style I love to play in.

I've been really trying to work on my sound these past few weeks to get back in the grind of making weekly videos and I feel like it came together nicely on this one. Some parts didn't end up sounding exactly as I wanted, but the entire Holy Blade sections rhythms were doubled with an 8-String guitar an octave down. All of that with a full orchestra was very tricky to mix together, but I think I did a pretty decent jogb getting everything heard while still keeping the mix punchy and dynamic. Hope you agree!
