One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is spending months on logos, websites, business plans, and perfecting ideas before they’ve ever spoken to a customer.
The first job of any business isn’t building the product. It’s finding someone willing to pay for it. Because if you can’t get one customer, none of the other pieces matter. I would much rather see you make one sale this week than spend another month building something nobody wants.
