Dead or Alive 6's fourteenth session of the advanced guide looks at fuzzy guarding in DOA6. Fuzzy guarding is used to defend against throw attempts and quick mid strikes as a bit of an option select, when you don't know what response your opponent will use when you place a safe, slightly negative move on their block.
The key to fuzzy guarding is to buffer 33H right as the recovery of the moved used on guard has ended. If your character has a 3H parry, you'll have to use 334 or 337 instead for fuzzy guarding.
Fuzzy guards can be beaten by delayed retaliation, slow throws, slow strikes, offensive holds or low jabs. If the opponent is beating your fuzzy guarding, abare them with jabs or low jabs of your own.

*Additional Notes
- Rachel is a Heavyweight character
- The 3T offensive hold (OH) is great against crouching stances such as Helenas bokuho, Brad Wongs laydown or Ayanes twirls for instance
- PPK & PPT can be used to catch people that try to sidestep the P-strings such as PPP, PP2K, etc.
- After a 66T OH on NH, you can be devious and go for a 41236T launcher throw afterwards
- Rollthrough can be entered off of PP2P+K/PP8P+K
- The 63214[T] OH can be useful at range as a whiff punisher if the opponent is likely to whiff right in front of you
- Rachel doesnt have a go-to jumping low crush (Rachels crushing ability in general isnt really good)
- If the Yurlungur stomps (Downed 2K) whiff, Rachel can get punished
- Rachels counter hold against a jumping kick is similar to her Mid K Hold
