Here's my D.I.Y jungle blanket UQ. It's about a 7/8ths to 3/4 length UQ, made just like a PLUQ, but uses the warmer and dwr/antimicrobial treated Snugpak jungle blanket so its much better IMO. I've had mine into the low 50's -upper 40's with no problems at all. The Snugpak jungle blanket comes in olive green, black and coyote brown and can be had for $30 on Amazon with Prime shipping. I have this jungle blanket UQ and another jungle blanket in black that I use together as a set in the summer when its too hot and humid for a regular TQ/UQ set or bag liner. Check out my other Snugpak hammock insulation and other hammock related quilt vids on my channel. I'm also in the process of turning a standard Snugpak TQ into a more traditional TQ by removing the " wings" and using them to deepen the footbox & give it a more traditional TQ shape vs the blanket style it is normally.
